Event Details
DiggityFEST is being held at Westchester Commons on
Sunday, September 18th, 2011.
Gates are at 11:30 am, music on the main stage begins at 12:30 pm.
Festival runs until 5 pm.
Event is rain or shine. Rain plan TBA.
BAND LINE UP:
12:30 pm - 1:05 pm: Silly Bus
1:25 pm - 2:00 pm: Hope Harris & The Cousins Jamboree
2:20 pm - 3:10 pm: The Diggity Dudes
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm: Dan Zanes & Friends
In addition to the music, DiggityFEST will include:
Hands On Area: Where festival goers are encouraged to directly interact and partake in various activities. Hands-on sponsors include Primrose Schools, Romp n' Roll, Angus Dentistry, and Music & Arts (who will have an instrument petting zoo, where kids can handle various types of instruments).
Arts & Crafts: These will include (but are not limited to!) face painting, Richmond-based artist Matt Lively (the Squiggle Champion of the World), and science fun provided by Mad Science!
Food & Beverage: Food will be provided by CiCi's Pizza, Tri-Cities concessions, and the delicious Toastie Panini food cart. Sweets will be provided by Kona Ice and Tropical Smoothie. Adult beverages for the REALLY big kids will also be available.
Dunk Tank: Dunk a Dude! What more can we say?!
Jonathan Austin will also be entertaining the masses at DiggityFEST!
